Manage your Users

The Users section allows you to:

  • Consult the list of your collaborators/employees taking part in your United Heroes program.
  • Search for a specific user thanks to the search bar
  • Filter the users by team or by ambassador.

💡If you select at least three users (green circle), an option bar (green rectangle), with the same actions mentioned above (except "Remove from Team") will appear.

☝️The "select all" option allows you to select in one click all the users from the list.

You do up to 4 actions in this section: to do so, click on the three dots circled in red: a drop-down menu appears 👇

1️⃣ Move a user to another team 

Capture d’écran 2022-11-04 à 16.34.51.png   To move a user from one team to another, select the new team from the drop-down menu.

⚠️ When a user moves from one team to another, he will still appear in the ranking of his former team until the end of the month with the scored points until then, and those points will not be transferred to his new team.

2️⃣ Remove a user from his team

  • The user will be removed from the team ranking at the end of the current month.
  • The scored points before being removed will stay in the total of the current month.
  • As a reminder, team members with 0 points are not included in the average or total of the team they're in.

3️⃣ Promote a user as an ambassador

  • When a user is promoted as an ambassador, a badge mceclip0.png will appear next to his/her name. It makes the user easily identifiable on his profile and in the rankings.

  • She·He, therefore, can participate in the Ambassadeur Training.

💡The Ambassadeurs are the teams representatives.

4️⃣ Definitely delete a user from United Heroes
