Discover your Dashboard

Your Dashboard gives you access, via our tool Metabase, to the key indicators of United Heroes usage within your company. It is organised into four sections:

  • Engagement

  • Impact

  • Challenges

  • Community

Each page includes several sections with key indicators of the success of the United Heroes program within your organization.


  • This page measures your ability to mobilize your community of users: number of sign-ups and sign-up rate, physically active users, active users on the app, sessions, messages, and challenge sign-ups.

  • This page measures the program's impact on your employees: activity points and duration generated, comparison with WHO recommendations, CO2 kg avoided equivalences, and the inclusive ranking for the last month (the most regular users, the most collective, the most balanced, and those who have progressed the most).

    These indicators aren't useful without context. So here's a benchmark:

    • You'll be able to compare the Average number of active minutes per user with the WHO Recommendation
    • As well as the number of Steps per day per user and the total recommended by the WHO over the last month: 6,000 steps.

    It's time to talk about your employees! Here are 4 categories (top 10) to celebrate them:

    • The most regular: users who have been physically active on the greatest number of days top this ranking!
    • The most collective: users who have accumulated the most points through team sports such as football, baseball, basketball, rugby, hockey, handball, etc., top this ranking.
    • The most balanced: active users whose physical activity is evenly spread between cardio, strength training, and stretching.
    • Most improved: the Top 10 users who have increased this number the most compared to the previous month (excluding users who had 0 or too low a point count the previous month).

  • This page gives the key engagement figures for a given challenge: general statistics, followed by team and user rankings by points, distance, and duration.

  • This page lets you export a list of users over a given period, or the data for a specific challenge. For detailed steps, see our dedicated article How to export your community?.


πŸ› οΈ Export and filter your data

➑️ Export a chart's data: click the three dots in the top right of the relevant chart or table, then select Download result and choose the desired format (.csv, .xlsx or .json).

➑️ Filter the data: on the Challenges page, add the relevant challenge ID to the filter at the top of the dashboard to display its data.
