How to unregister users from your United Heroes environment?

It may happen that one or more of your colleagues leave the company, in which case it is possible to ask your CSM to unregister them from the experience.


To do this, here are the different steps to follow:

    1. Ask your CSM for an export of your user community so that he can share it with you.
    2. Return this document, before the 25th of the current month, with only the following columns for the users to be deleted
      • The name,
      • The first name,
      • User ID.
    3. Once the accounts have been unregistered, the users concerned will no longer have access to your company's environment.
      • If points have been accumulated during the current month, the user(s) will still be visible in the team and company rankings. Also, the points accumulated before this manipulation will remain until the end of the month.
      • If these users are registered for another experience in the Sport Heroes ecosystem, they will of course keep their history and points for those experiences.
    4. As of the 1st of the following month, and the reset points for all your colleagues, unregistered users will no longer be visible in the rankings.

⚠️ Any unregistration of one or more users is permanent.
