The structure of your teams
The structure always follows the same pattern: Your company name > Level 1 > Level 2 > Level 3.

Example 1:
- Your company name
- Divisions
- Departments
- Teams
- Departments
- Divisions
Example 2:
3-level structure within your company
Europe/Asia France/Germany/China/Japan Paris/Berlin/Beijing/Tokyo"

Changing your team structure
You may need to reorganize your teams more broadly, for example in the case of:
Uneven distribution of employees
Internal reorganization of your departments (new organization/merger…)
It's therefore always possible to change your team structure: simply contact our team, to whom you'll share your new teams in an Excel file (or other spreadsheet format).
☝️ A quick reminder of the impact these changes can have:
Points accumulated in your old team will not be transferred to the new team.
Possible loss of users on the app, and therefore of engagement.
Note that it is not possible to change a team's level (moving from level 1 to 2, etc.) The structure must be recreated entirely.
⚠️ It will be important to plan for substantial internal communication in order to:
Keep your employees informed about this new team reorganization on the app;
Guide them through re-enrollment / reconnection if there's an issue (company code to share again; which team to join…) or redirect them to our user support.
💡 Reminder: You can define up to 3 team levels.
