Sport Heroes only collects personal information that users voluntarily choose to share with us. When registering, users are asked to fill in:
- an e-mail address,
- a password,
- a first name and a last name,
- and optionally:
- their gender
- their date of birth,
- their country
- and if they connect a sports application, data on their activities: type of activity, distance and duration of the activity, altitude difference.
⚠️ Good to know: the first and last name will be visible on the rankings of the challenges and/or virtual races in which users participate, even if their profile is set to private or not. This information will only be visible to other users who have participated or registered for these events.
Your privacy is important to us. At Sport Heroes, we have some fundamental principles:
- We do not ask for personal information unless we really need it. Every user has the choice.
- We respect the right to privacy and share concerns about data security.
- We do not collect: your geolocation, your weight, your heart rate. Under no circumstances is this information sent to a third party.
