We take cheating very seriously (not very sporty, by the way!).
The aim of our experiences is to motivate your employees to move more. Our system automatically detects erroneous, suspicious or incorrect activities. Similar to doping control, this system allows all users to participate in a fair manner.
For this, we act in particular on :
- Cases of over-performing activities
- Too many or too recurrent activities
- On United Heroes, many sports can be added manually, and indeed we cannot always ask the user for proof. This is because these are often activities that cannot be recorded with a GPS signal.
- Our method of calculating points is balanced across all sports so that everyone is valued in their sporting, physical, or active practice.
☝️ Sometimes users do not respect the spirit of sportsmanship and add many activities despite the limits we have set, or perform too well: please be aware that we do our best to avoid this. However, if you suspect that a user is not respecting the spirit of sportsmanship, you can :
- Contact the user directly and try to understand what is going on and warn them that failure to comply with our terms and conditions may result in the deletion of their history or banishment from our platform.
- Contact your CSM:
- so our team can contact the user and ask him/her to send proof of his/her activities (GPS screenshots, heart rate, proof of performance, etc.)
- remove the user from the team to which he/she belongs
- permanently delete the user's account in the most extreme cases
