We take cheating very seriously (it's really not fair play!).

The objective of our experiences is to motivate your employees to move more. Our system automatically detects erroneous, suspicious or incorrect activities. Much like an anti-doping test, this system allows all users to participate fairly. 

To do this, we intervene in particular on:

• Cases of excessively high-performance activities

• Activities that are too numerous or too frequent
   

  • On United Heroes, many sports can be added manually, and we indeed cannot always request proof from the user. This is often because these activities cannot be recorded using a GPS signal.

  • Our point calculation method is balanced across all sports so that everyone feels valued in their sports, physical, or active practice.

☝️ Sometimes certain users do not respect the spirit of fair play and add numerous activities despite the limits we have set, or report unrealistically high performances: rest assured that we do everything possible to prevent this. 

However, if you suspect a user of not respecting this spirit of fair play, you can:

• Contact the user directly to try to understand what is happening and warn them that non-compliance with our terms may result in the deletion of their history or a ban from our platform.

• Contact our United Heroes team to :

  • have us contact the user and ask them to send proof of activities (GPS screenshots, heart rate data, performance proof...)

  • remove the user from the team they belong to

  • permanently delete the user's account in the most extreme cases
