How does the team tree work?
Up to 3 levels of teams can be created (see diagram below)
- The teams are set up before the launch of your UH program
- When registering, the user chooses the team he/she wants to join. Each employee should find his or her team instinctively
- The ranking only shows the teams at the lowest level of the tree

Here is an example using the 3 levels according to the offices of a company around the world.
💡 But you can also compose your teams according to the different divisions of your company, Business Units, sites, by affinity, etc...
