Identify and choose your ambassadors

Your ambassadors will play a central role, here are their main missions👇
Relay the initiatives led by the project team
Communicate to recruit and build momentum
Create energy at every level

How many ambassadors should you select?

We therefore recommend selecting at least 1 to 2 ambassadors per team. Make sure your ambassadors stay involved and motivated day-to-day to champion your United Heroes program.

Which profiles should you look for in ambassadors?

Here are some examples of natural ambassador profiles*:

🏃‍♂️‍➡️ Athletes, for whom the United Heroes app is all about getting employees moving.

  • They support employees in their physical activities and sports practices.
  • They advise employees on activities related to their passion.
  • They suggest group routes to do together during lunch break or at the end of the afternoon.

🤝 The Master Organizers for whom United Heroes is an excellent way to build cohesion among a company's employees.

  • They create real momentum around the program by recruiting as many people as possible.
  • They are creative: inter-department competitions, fun challenges to win gifts, all to make the program more fun and appealing.

🦸 The Super Users for whom United Heroes makes it possible to combine the physical activities of all employees to reach a common goal.

  • They raise awareness among as many employees as possible about charity challenges.

  • They engage employees in major inter-company events.

So they can be HR, managers, or branch/site managers - great communicators... Anyone can become an ambassador! 🏅
*by natural ambassador profiles, we mean that, by default, some people are more likely to become ambassadors based on their profile, but this isn't a required criterion!
Every employee has what it takes to become an ambassador.

How do you recruit your ambassadors?

To find your ambassadors, mobilize all of your leadership teams to identify the best ambassadors for your program.

Your CSM can help you spot your super users to launch recruitment campaigns.
