How many ambassadors?
Your ambassadors will have a very central role, here are their main missions👇

- Communicate to recruit and create emulation
- Create momentum at all levels

We, therefore, advise you to select at least 1 to 2 ambassadors per team. Ensure that your ambassadors are involved and motivated on a daily basis to carry the colors of your United Heroes program high.
Which profiles do you need to identify for the ambassadors?
Here some examples of natural ambassador profiles* :
The Athletes, for whom the United Heroes program aims to get employees moving.

- They support their colleagues in their physical and sporting activities.
- They advise employees about the activities related to their passion.
- They propose races or runs to do in groups, during the lunch breaks or late afternoon.
The "Nice Organizers", for whom the United Heroes program is an excellent way to create cohesion between the members of a company.

- They create a real dynamic around the program, by recruiting as many people as possible.
- They are creative: inter-Business Unit competitions, and fun challenges to win prizes, all to make the program more fun and attractive.
The Engaged, for whom United Heroes makes it possible to add up the physical activities of all employees to achieve a common goal.

- They raise the awareness of as many employees as possible around solidarity challenges.
- They engage employees in major inter-company events.
They can be in the HR team, branch or site managers, good communicators, ... Everyone can become an ambassador! 🏅
*by natural ambassador profiles, we suggest that, by default, some people are more likely to become ambassadors through their profile but this is not an essential criterion! Each employee is entitled to become an ambassador.
⚠️ Ambassadors are not permanent, however, to become one, they need to take part in the ambassador Training.
