How to export your community's data

πŸ”Ž Introduction

From your Dashboard, the Community tab lets you download the global data for your community on United Heroes, independently of any specific challenge.

πŸ’‘ Find out how to navigate your Dashboard in our dedicated article.

Two types of export are available: your team structure and your users' activity.

🧭 Where can you find the exports?

  1. From the main menu, go to your Dashboard.
  2. Click the Community tab. You'll land on the "Exports" screen, which lets you download your community's data.

πŸ“Š The two available export types

The screen shows two tabs, each filterable by team level 1, 2 and 3 depending on how your teams are organized:

  • The hierarchy of your teams, with for each level (0 to 3) its name and its ID, as well as the ID and name of the lowest level of the hierarchy (lowest_level_id, lowest_level_name) and the number of users attached to it.

  • - The per-user detail: their ID (User ID), their position in the team hierarchy (Level 0 to 3), their first login date, their activity indicators (activity points, bonus points, distance covered, non-walking minutes, average daily steps, number of days with an active pedometer, CO2 avoided, minutes per week, percentage of days meeting WHO recommendations, number of challenges joined and completed) and their profile information (full name, email, work email, ambassador status).

    - This export also offers a filter by month.

➑️ Need your team hierarchy: use the Team Structure export.

➑️ Need the per-user detail (activity, profile): use the User Activity export.

➑️ Need the data for a specific challenge rather than your whole community: check out the article Tutorial – Exporting a challenge's data.

πŸ“₯ Downloading an export
