πŸ“Š Tutorial – Export a Challenge's Data

πŸ”Ž Introduction

From your Dashboard, a report generated via our Metabase tool gives you access to the key indicators related to United Heroes usage within your company.

You'll find several sections and pages there, illustrated with interactive infographics that make it easier to analyze your actions.

Follow this guide to extract the data for a specific Challenge.


🧭 1. Get the Challenge's ID

  1. Go to the Challenges section from the main menu.

  2. Find the Challenge whose data you want to extract.
  3. Copy its ID (visible in the Challenge's information).

πŸ’‘ Tip: if you only want to check the number of registrations, click on the Challenge to view the registration curve (at the bottom of the overview page). You can extract the data by clicking the three dots at the top right of the table: you'll get a file with the cumulative registrations per day.

πŸ“‚ 2. Access the data from the Dashboard

  1. Go to the Dashboard tab, then the Challenges section.

  2. Paste the Challenge's ID into the Challenge ID field.
  3. Click Update filter to confirm the selected ID.

You instantly get access to a set of indicators:

  • Number of active participants
  • Total points generated
  • Top-performing Teams (in kilometers, in points…)

πŸ“€ 3. Export the Challenge's data

  1. Go to the Challenges Export tab.

  2. Paste the relevant Challenge ID again.
  3. You can filter results by team level (level 1, 2, or 3 depending on your organization).

This gives you access to the main information about your Challenge:


⬇️ 4. Download the results

  1. Hover over the Exports des Participants du Challenge (avec dΓ©tail des points) table.
  2. Click the three dots at the top right of the table.

  3. Select Download result.
  4. Choose the export format you want:
    • .csv
    • .xlsx
    • .json
