Challenge content
You can edit and adapt your Challenge's visual and written content. Below you'll find the possible changes and how to make them.
1️⃣ Images and visuals
To start, you can add visuals to your Challenge to make more of an impact:

🎨 You can also add a custom colour (e.g. #C245A6) to style the Challenge to match your brand guidelines.
💡 Tip: to check that your visual will display correctly once uploaded (cropping, safe zones), you can use the preview template provided by our design team: French version or English version.
2️⃣ Titles and descriptions
Now it's time to add your Challenge's content:
Challenge name
Short description (shown on the card)
Long description (shown on the Challenge's detail page)
Tag: optional, used to filter or categorise Challenges.
📝 Tip: make your descriptions appealing to encourage users to take part!
3️⃣ The goal
Enter the goal the user needs to reach here. This is a text field. The Challenge's goal and completion conditions have been set up by the United Heroes team.
Goal name: this is the label shown in the app's "Move" tab.
For example: "Take 20,000 steps", "Cover 10 km", etc.
4️⃣ Reward(s)
Reward to be won: here you can specify what participants will receive if they reach the goal.
This can be a symbolic reward (badge, points) or a physical one (gift, voucher, etc.).
5️⃣ Conditions and settings (⚠️)
💡 Important: these settings cannot be changed. If you have any questions or need changes made, please get in touch with our team.
Indeed, any change could disrupt the user experience and make the Challenge unachievable or inconsistent.
6️⃣ Available languages 🌍
Add a language by clicking here:
We recommend selecting just one, editing it, and then you'll be able to add the others automatically afterwards.
We recommend filling in your Challenge starting with a first language then using automatic translation so your Challenge's content gets translated into the languages you want.
Then, don't forget to click Save to save your changes.
⚠️ Please note, if the Challenge is already published, changes will be applied to the app as soon as they're saved.
