The moderation feature allows users to report inappropriate messages within the application, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
How to access the moderation tab?

- Log in to the Sport Heroes Admin using your Sport Heroes account.
- In the sidebar, select the Moderation section.
What can I find in the "Moderation" section of my group?

- All reported messages in your group will be listed here.
- You can filter messages by status: Pending, Deleted, and Approved.
What information is available for each message to moderate?
- You will see the complete details of each message (by clicking on it), including the number of reports.
- The user who reported the message, the date, and the thread in which the message was posted are available.
- In case of reporting a comment, you will have access to the original post as well as the comments posted before and after the reported comment.
What actions can I take?

- You have the option to approve or delete each message to moderate.
- If a message is deleted, this action is irreversible.
- After approving or deleting a message, the decision is final and applies immediately.
